Glenn Wike

Burton Family Foundation
Glenn Wike began his tenure as chief executive officer of the Burton Family Foundation in September 2023. In this role, he is responsible for the foundation's grantmaking, initiatives, partnerships, and operations. Previously, Glenn served more than a decade at Arizona Community Foundation in several positions that culminated with the role of chief of staff and senior vice president, community investment. During his time at ACF, Glenn worked to strengthen the foundation’s relationships with donors and community partners and led the foundation’s grantmaking operations, education and scholarship programs, and public policy efforts.
In addition to his role with the Burton Family Foundation, Glenn currently serves on the boards of the ASU Lodestar Center for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Innovation, the Arizona Teacher Residency, Be A Leader Foundation, the Kellenberger + Tollefson Center for LGBTQ Philanthropy, and the President’s Community Advisory Council at South Mountain Community College. Glenn has previously served on the boards of the Alliance of Arizona Nonprofits, Arizona Forward, Arizona Grantmakers Forum, the Council on Foundations’ Community Foundation Advisory Group, Friends of Public Radio Arizona, LOOKOUT, Support My Club, and Valley of the Sun United Way’s Thriving Together Leadership Council.
Glenn holds a master’s degree in public administration and a bachelor’s degree in public service and public policy, both from Arizona State University.
